Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, specifically in relation to international movements of forwarding and customs. This role is about driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients. You will play a key role in enhancing our service offerings and expanding our market presence on the international stage.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients Monitor industry developments to inform strategic decisions Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics Participate in networking events to promote Cargo Express services

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics industry
Specifically in relation to international forwarding and customs.

Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
