They deliver innovative solutions across multiple sectors, including 4K interactive touchscreens, video walls, digital signage, LED displays, and interactive kiosks. The business prides itself on being small enough to care about its customers, while offering the quality and value you'd expect from a much larger organisation.
They are now looking for an
experienced Business Development Manager
to join their team and play a key role in driving growth, securing new business, and developing strong long-term customer relationships.
The Candidate:
Experience in Business Development or Sales within the AV sector.
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven.
Able to bring fresh ideas and valuable market insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Negotiate and secure contracts.
Prepare and deliver presentations.
Provide product information and demonstrations.
Work to agreed
KPIs
(to be discussed and agreed upon with management).
The Package:
Basic salary:
35,000 - 40,000 per year
.
Uncapped commission
structure.
Holidays are
negotiable
.
Pension scheme.
On-site parking.
Fuel card (please note: no company car).
Monday-Friday working week, no weekends.
