About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bournemouth. This role offers a mixture of inbound and outbound sales -- you'll handle enquiries and nurture warm leads, while also proactively prospecting to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities



Manage both inbound leads and outbound prospecting to maximise opportunities. Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across our target markets. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain long-term partnerships that deliver mutual growth. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to closing. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed targets. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Attend client meetings and visit sites occasionally as required. Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

About You



Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment. Confident in both inbound sales management and outbound lead generation. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Organised, professional, and adaptable - willing to travel and work away from the office occasionally. Full UK driving licence.
