Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and business development, as well as proficiency in software tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using Salesforce.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a relevant industry. Strong understanding of software tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships and sales processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Pay: 22,880.00-39,000.00 per year
