We are Eposbuddy, an exciting and thriving Bristol based EPOS software company with a varied client base, spanning hospitality, leisure and retail. Eposbuddy is the only EPOS system that integrates with Instagram & Facebook, giving us a strong unique selling point. Due to continued success and expansion, we have the need to add to our existing sales team, and are looking for a talented, driven, self-starting Business Development Manager to join our team.

The business has an established customer base, with an ever-growing market share. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a direct impact on our growth plans, with an opportunity to further develop your career in business development.

We are looking for applicants who have a drive for success and have the energy and ability to have a significant impact on our success. You will be required to sell business-to-business retailing Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems, creating and maximising all sales opportunities, whilst delivering a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities of this role include:

Grow new business across the retail, hospitality and leisure industries Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups Effective customer management, through developing and maintaining relationships and developing additional leads Develop efficient communication techniques to grow business through; networking, email, social media, referrals, events & sector-specific fairs Explaining and demonstrating a variety of EPOS solutions, both tailored and off-the-shelf Full training provided to upsell EPOS products and services Ensure technical knowledge of the product is sufficient

Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities Maintaining and improving the database of prospects Researching for new leads Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

A good and demonstrable background in sales Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably via telephone (not essential) A team player, working for the overall success of the business Excellent customer service skills Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks Proactive attitude, with a drive for success Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems

Full training on the necessary products Basic salary of 26,000 - 30,000 Join our top earners at this level on 60,000 per annum, with an uncapped commission scheme with an OTE of 60,000 Potential for professional development, and career progression within the team Individual and team performance rewards
