The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base and drive sustainable business growth. If you're a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and win new business opportunities within the recycling and reuse industry.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitable, sustainable partnerships.
Lead the preparation of tenders, proposals, and quotations.
Monitor market trends and competitors to inform business strategy.
Work closely with our management team to align sales and operations.
Maintain accurate records and sales reporting.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or sales, ideally in recycling, reuse, or waste management.
Proven ability to grow sales and develop new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Confident working independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team.

Hours:
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
