As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our expanding sales team.
The Role
Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets by generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. You'll use a mix of outbound sales initiatives, lead generation, and referral development -- all supported by proactive marketing campaigns and a highly skilled technical team providing pre- and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed agreed financial and performance targets.
Generate and qualify new business leads through research, outreach, and referrals.
Conduct outbound sales calls and client meetings to identify opportunities.
Create and deliver proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and face-to-face meetings as required.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Share relevant competitor or market insights with the wider team.
Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
About You
You're a results-driven professional with a passion for helping clients solve business challenges through data-driven solutions. You'll thrive in a target-focused environment and enjoy managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or sales.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Background in SaaS, Data, CRM, or IT solutions preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
