Summary
The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Manager
to contribute to Landstack's growth by sourcing, prospecting, and qualifying leads to close new business, while acting as a key point of contact for existing customers. You will engage with development companies across the UK, both virtually and in person, working closely with our sales team to deliver the best outcomes through positivity, tenacity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by engaging with new and existing customers, building relationships, and following leads through to successful completion.
Generate leads through proactive calling, direct marketing, networking, and other methods to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating knowledge of our platform and services.
Keep up to date with product developments and provide customer feedback to help influence new features.
Cultivate strong business relationships with key customer decision makers.
Ensure high standards of customer service via consultative selling and adherence to internal processes.
Provide accurate information, advice, and guidance to prospective and existing customers.
Manage the business development process from enquiry to quotation within our CRM, including preparing and presenting sales quotations.
Identify opportunities to grow and diversify the business.
Collaborate with the account management team to strengthen relationships with existing customers through license renewals and upselling.
