Role Overview:
We are looking for a
motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager
to drive new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and generate revenue in the IT services sector. This is a
commission-based role
, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in performance-driven environments and has a strong network or experience in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients across various industries who require IT support or managed IT services.
Develop and execute outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and networking events.
Pitch Tek Cloudsoul's IT solutions to decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers, Directors).
Close deals and manage the client onboarding process in collaboration with our technical team.
Maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT support or managed services industry.
Strong understanding of the UK IT services market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with the ability to work independently.
London-based or able to work with clients in the UK time zone.
