Business Development Manager

Your Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business leads and partnership opportunities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Present tailored marketing solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience working across Asian and European markets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English is essential;
multilingual candidates will be given priority
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
