From freshly cooked meals at our food stalls to chilled, pre-packaged meals delivered UK-wide, we are building a unique bridge between traditional South Asian cuisine and modern convenience.

We are now seeking a

Business Development Manager

to help turn our vision into a reality--expanding into major UK cities with stalls in the country's busiest shopping districts, and supporting the development of our online chilled food platform.

Overview:


Fusion by Sanah Limited is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are seeking a

dynamic, commercially minded, and results-driven Business Development Manager

to lead this journey. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting the strategic expansion of our authentic Pakistani/Indian street food stalls/outlets across major UK cities.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in the

development and implementation of our online chilled food sales platform

, working across operations, logistics, and digital channels. This position involves close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure the effective execution of business initiatives.

Responsibilities:



As Business Development Manager, your role will span both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your core responsibilities will include:

Business Expansion & Market Development



Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across the UK, focusing on high-footfall locations for food stall/outlet expansion Lead the planning and successful launch of new physical stalls/outlets in line with growth strategy Oversee the development and scaling of our online chilled food sales platform Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, clients, and distribution partners

Sales & Client Engagement



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders Negotiate contracts and partnerships that align with business goals and profitability targets Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback to inform future product and service improvements

Marketing & Campaigns



Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement targeted lead generation campaigns Support promotional strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition across online and offline channels

Performance Tracking & Reporting



Manage leads, client interactions, and pipeline tracking Maintain accurate records of sales activity, proposals, and customer data

Team Collaboration & Events



Liaise with senior management to align business development with wider company goals Attend food expos, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and discover new opportunities Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and guiding junior team members in sales and operations

Experience:



We are seeking a motivated and capable individual who meets the following criteria:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or sales management roles, ideally within the food or hospitality sector Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and lead generation strategies Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders Effective leadership and client engagement skills, with a focus on building and maintaining lasting partnerships Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and deliver results

Certifications & Requirements



Full UK Driving Licence (mandatory)*
Fire Safety Awareness Training Course (essential)*
Level 2 Food Safety for Catering certification (essential)*
