BDM

Dartford

What You'll Be Doing:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the driving & industrial sector Building strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs Working closely with the recruitment team to deliver top-tier staffing solutions Attending client meetings and site visits to promote our services Negotiating contracts and ensuring excellent service delivery

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in

business development within a recruitment agency

(driving & industrial sector preferred) Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of success Excellent knowledge of the local market and industry trends A proactive and self-motivated attitude

Full UK driving license

(essential)
