We're after a switched-on Business Development Manager to help grow the hard FM side of things -- someone who's just as happy building relationships as they are chasing down new leads. You'll be based in Dartford and play a central role in securing new business across commercial and public sectors.

60,000-65,000 basic salary

What you'll be doing
Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the hard FM sector
Building strong relationships with clients -- and keeping them
Supporting the Bid & Tender team with well-prepped, competitive submissions
Feeding back insights from the market and spotting emerging opportunities
Managing and updating the sales pipeline through Pipedrive CRM
Keeping leads warm with tailored, well-timed follow-ups
Reporting on performance, pipeline health, and what's around the corner
What you'll need
At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in hard FM
A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical or HVAC systems
Confident using CRM tools like Pipedrive -- or quick to pick it up
A good sense of commercial awareness and how to use it
