Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM software to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's brand and offerings.
Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong understanding of CRM software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
