Brow Envy is an established, Multi Award - winning salon, located in Plymouth with an exciting future ahead including the launch of our luxury spa in 2026.

As we expand we are looking for a passionate, results driven Business development manager to help drive the business forward,

This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for growth. You will work closely with the management team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and strengthen Brow Envy's position as a leading beauty destination in Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Support the launch and planning of our spa expansion project for 2026. Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities, both online and offline. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships. Analyse business performance and produce regular reports on KPIs. Contribute to team training and development, ensuring the brand's standards and values are upheld. Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure Brow Envy remains competitive and innovative.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role (minimum 1 year). Strong track record of achieving business targets and driving growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Creative thinker with the ability to spot new opportunities and bring fresh ideas. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Confident with data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions. Passion for the beauty, spa, or wellness industry (experience in the sector is desirable but not essential). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
