The Role
DigitalXRAID is looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to help accelerate our growth across new logo acquisition and strategic account development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a winning mentality and experience selling cybersecurity services to make a real impact.
You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities--driving your own pipeline from prospecting to contract signature. In addition, you'll work closely with our marketing and technical teams to ensure prospects are guided through a consultative, value-led sales journey.
This is a highly visible, target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of their success, and is motivated by results.
You will be responsible for
Acting as a true new business hunter, driven by success and motivated by uncapped earning potential
Demonstrating determination and a tactical approach to prospecting and lead generation
Proactively sourcing and engaging prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
Generating and qualifying high-quality sales opportunities aligned with DigitalXRAID's core services
Leading customer discovery sessions, scoping calls, and solution briefings with professionalism and confidence
Going the extra mile to consistently exceed KPIs and performance metrics
Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM (Zoho)
Ensuring the quality of your sales pipeline is consistently high to support reliable forecasting
Showing resilience and grit in a fast-paced, competitive, and target-driven environment
Committing to your own career development and growth as part of a high-performing team
Core
Requirements
Proven experience in selling security solutions or IT services--preferably within the cybersecurity sector
Demonstrated success in a Business Development Manager or similar new business sales role
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Confident managing high-level negotiations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus)
Highly organised with strong time management and planning capabilities
Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment (e.g. recruitment, telecoms, SaaS, etc.)
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently to drive results
