KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of our proactive sales team, you'll drive revenue growth across private dining, group bookings, full venue hires, and key calendar events. You'll take ownership of local market development, building strong relationships and converting leads into loyal, long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business across corporate, leisure and local markets through proactive outreach, networking and relationship management.
Maximize venue performance by supporting the reception team to convert inbound enquiries and optimize space utilization on key trading dates.
Conduct venue show-arounds that convert interest into confirmed bookings.
Create and close sales opportunities - from crafting tailored proposals to managing follow-ups and final detail meetings.
Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business, referrals and positive word of mouth.
Champion our loyalty programme - actively promoting sign-ups and engagement (Launching soon)
Represent the brand locally by attending and contributing to networking events and industry functions.
Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring client data, booking progress and pipeline stages are up to date.
Analyze pre-booked sales trends to identify gaps, forecast demand, and implement action plans to exceed targets.
Collaborate with the Business Manager on performance reviews, strategic planning and revenue reporting.

DESIRED PERSONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years' experience in a sales lead role within the restaurant industry
A proven track record of conducting proactive and reactive sales-driven campaigns
Results-driven
Well organized with high degree of attention to detail
Brings an entrepreneurial spirit, with passion and drive
Self-motivated and confident working independently and as a team
Can work autonomously to achieve set KPIs
An expert communicator (verbally and written) and relationship builder
Has an established network of contacts in the city
Willing to travel (locally extensively and occasionally to other sites)
