We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join Roche AV PRO, one of the UK's leading AV integration specialists. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on winning new business, building strong relationships, and driving growth across corporate, education, and public sector markets.
The successful candidate will be a natural hunter, experienced in opening new doors, building networks, and closing complex sales. Previous AV or IT solutions experience is preferred, but strong B2B sales expertise in a related technology or consultative field will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
Prospect, qualify, and develop leads into long-term clients.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with company growth targets.
Sales Cycle Management
Manage the full sales process: prospecting ? proposal ? negotiation ? closing.
Create and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company objectives.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to raise the Roche AV PRO profile.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
Reporting & Collaboration
Accurately update CRM with pipeline activity, forecasts, and client details.
Report regularly on sales performance against targets.
Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to support campaigns and proposals.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in new business sales (minimum 3 years B2B, ideally AV/IT solutions).
Strong hunter mentality - resilient, driven, and results-focused.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
UK driving licence and ability to travel nationally.
