Role Overview
This is a new business development role focused on outbound sales and client acquisition. We need someone who thrives on cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and target new business opportunities
Cold Calling & Outreach:
Engage potential clients and build strong relationships
Sales Execution:
Present and sell fleet management solutions tailored to client needs
Market Expansion:
Drive brand awareness and establish Autoserve's presence across East Anglia
Exceed Targets:
Consistently achieve and surpass sales KPIs
What We're Looking For
Experience:
At least 5 years in field sales or business development, with a proven track record of winning new business
Skills:
Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build rapport and close deals
Mindset:
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Driving Licence:
A full UK driving licence is essential
