property maintenance, grounds maintenance, commercial cleaning, waste management, and security solutions

. With an ambitious growth plan and a strong focus on service quality, we are now seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and secure new contracts.

The Role



As Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the facilities management sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively generate leads and convert them into long-term clients Build strong relationships with new and existing clients Develop tailored proposals and present solutions to meet client needs Identify growth opportunities across multiple service areas Represent the business at networking events, meetings, and presentations Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

About You

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (facilities management sector preferred) Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivation and resilience with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and presentation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
