The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the facilities management sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Develop tailored proposals and present solutions to meet client needs
Identify growth opportunities across multiple service areas
Represent the business at networking events, meetings, and presentations
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
