About the Role




At Agincare Enable, we're passionate about delivering innovative, high-quality care that transforms lives. As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey -- identifying new opportunities, nurturing key partnerships, and supporting the successful mobilisation of new services.


This is a field-based role (base location to be agreed) with regular travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays. You'll spend much of your time out meeting commissioners, partners, and stakeholders, while also working closely with colleagues across Agincare Enable and the wider Agincare group.

What We Offer

What You'll Do



Identify and secure opportunities to grow Agincare Enable's supported living, respite, and outreach services Build and manage strong relationships with commissioners, investors, and registered providers Support tender opportunities and bids Prepare regular reports on growth strategy, company development, operational performance, and key risks/opportunities Lead mobilisation of new services, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders Represent Agincare Enable externally at meetings, conferences, and networking events Manage Agincare Enable referrals and income trackers, providing accurate forecasts of pipelines, risks, and income against budget Develop and deliver targeted business development plans to generate nominations for new and existing services, working with central teams Stay ahead of sector trends through competitor analysis, landscape reviews, and market insights

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in relationship management and business development Experience developing and delivering income generation strategies Strong background in managing referrals, pipelines, and forecasting Experience mobilising new services or projects At least 2 years' management experience in the care sector or with transferable skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Strong IT skills (MS365 including Excel) Ability to travel and work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
