Remuneration: 50,000 + profit related bonuses up to 21,000 on top (if both company & personal targets are met)

The role of the Business Development Manager - Flat Roof Insulation will involve:
- Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation
- Majority of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers
- The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling to main & sub-contractors
- Inheriting a territory currently turning over 1.6m
- Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education etc
- Can be based Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff or anywhere in between
- Must have field sales experience in the building envelope sectors
- Ideally flat roofing, insulation or facades however not essential
- Ideally sold to flat roofing manufacturers however not essential
- IT literate
