Job Title: Business Development Manager - Frozen Food Industry

( Bakery & Ice Cream)

Location: Northern Ireland

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development

Manager to lead growth initiatives in the frozen food sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food industry,

a proven track record in B2C (Business-to- customer) sales or retail

sector. The ability to identify and execute new business opportunities

across wholesale, retail, and foodservice channels

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the frozen
food retail sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity
to inform strategy.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and
product visibility.

Negotiate contracts and terms with retailers Collaborate with senior management to align product development
with market demand.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote
the brand and products.

Monitor sales area performance and provide regular reports to senior
management.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the
frozen food or FMCG industry.

Strong network within NI food retail sector . Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of food safety regulations and cold chain logistics Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Full/ Clean B category driving license
