Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across multiple business areas. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach, increasing engagement with our services, and achieving sales targets for lab services, courses, and product offerings. This will be driven by executing strong communication and relationship building skills, coupled with strong industry knowledge and insight. You will work closely with the AVG Operations Manager and the Course Coordination and Engagement Specialist to identify opportunity across three main areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lab Growth



Encourage active engagement among current lab users.

Develop and implement strategies to re-engage lapsed users.

Analyse user engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ticket Sales



Identify current lab users with interests aligned to our courses and promote relevant offerings.

Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to attract new prospects.

Follow up on new course inquiries and website engagement to convert leads into sales.

Build strong relationships with users to understand their needs and propose suitable courses.

Resin and Printer Sales



Meet agreed-upon sales targets for resin and printer products.

Research and identify additional products for sale to enhance the company's portfolio.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for products.

Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications to provide detailed guidance to customers.

Bonus Structure:

Bonuses will be agreed upon based on performance across the kay areas of responsibility.

Across all areas it is expected that customer service will be the main focus, ensuring that all external stakeholders have a good experience, no matter what area of AVG they are interacting with.

Reporting and understanding trends within each sector is important and will be a collaborative effort with the rest of the AVG team.

Requirements:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to analyse data to inform strategic decisions.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Experience in marketing campaigns and lead conversion.

Familiarity with lab services, 3D printing, and related technologies is a plus.

Full UK driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 36,000.00 per year
