We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales of our ISO13485 and BPR-compliant disinfectant range across worldwide markets, with a key focus on Europe. Our business is built on two key growth areas: developing private label partnerships and expanding our own brand presence.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in medical or dental sales, experience working with distributors and private label customers, and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, as well as developing existing commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in targeted regions.
Identify, onboard, and support new and existing distributors and dealers.
Provide product training and technical support to partners, sales teams, and end users.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in infection control.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Contribute as a key stakeholder in setting and delivering the annual sales budget and targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
Requirements
Proven track record (5+ years) in dental sales, preferably with infection control or hygiene products.
Experience working with European and worldwide distributors and/or private label accounts.
Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, EU regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Commercially focused, with the ability to balance growth opportunities with cost management.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently, particularly across Europe.
Self-starter with strong organisational and time management skills.
