We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Director and the business lead team and part of the client services team and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and suppliers, and driving growth for the company.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong solution oriented mindset and experience with CRM systems to effectively manage leads and opportunities.
You should have the skills and determination of an entrepeneur and will be encouraged to exhibit this flair, you will work as a team in a collaborative way and have the ambition to lead a team, become a future manager and Director of a business unit of a highly successful and established business.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads.
Utilise CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
This is a work from office position.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales.
Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a smart paced environment.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
