Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager within the Automotive Parts Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales and business development.

Duties

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyse sales data. Prepare reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for management review. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and expand professional connections.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales roles, within the Automotive industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans to drive growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
