An exciting Business Development vacancy has now arisen. This role is perfect for someone with a proactive, customer-focused mindset, who thrives on building relationships, securing new clients, and who wants to play a vital role to drive our business forward.
Key responsibilities:
Research and source leads to generate new business
Call potential clients to develop new relationships
Follow up on new enquiries and set up meetings
Liaise with and support existing and lapsed customer base
Lead marketing campaigns
Attend networking and industry exhibitions and conferences
Utilise LinkedIn and social media platforms to develop new connections
What you'll need:
Sales experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
A good understanding of social media
Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
Technical experience from engineering would be advantageous but not essential
