Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management.
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership qualities.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
