Business Development Manager
with a proven record of success across the
Security, Warehouse, Factory, and Hospitality
sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across the Security, Warehouse, Factory, and Hospitality industries.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet company growth objectives.
Manage the complete business development cycle -- including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and onboarding.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify areas for business expansion.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, pipelines, and communications using the company's CRM system.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and organisational revenue targets.

Requirements
Proven background in business development, preferably within recruitment or any of the relevant sectors listed above.
Strong understanding of
security staffing, warehouse logistics, industrial workforce management, and hospitality services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition, account management, and contract negotiation.
Commercially minded, strategic thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
