We have fantastic vacancies available for Business Development Manager

We are looking for Creative, Motivated, Passionate and Driven Business development Manager to join our Team. Who is ready to drive a change, lead and grow with us.

Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire them.

The role:



As our Business Development Manager, you will be focused on leading new business development activities with prospective clients across London & Surrounding areas by networking, calling advertising. You will need to be able to think independently, researching potential leads, sourcing contact information, and converting those leads to set up new business meetings and creating client relationships and finding new business opportunities.

You will be preferred to have previously experience in Security Industry but not mandatory. Possess excellent relationship building capabilities, negotiation skills and impeccable communication skills as you will build and maintain relationships with prospective clients. This is a key role within the business where you will capitalise on every potential client, winning business and contributing to the continued success of the company.

Responsibility:



Identifying new business opportunities, new clients, new partnerships. Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs. Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients. Meet potential client by growing, maintaining the network. Undertaking all stages of the selling process, from initial lead to the signing of contracts Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them. Be an outstanding ambassador for the organisation ensuring a high standard of service is always provided. Staying up to date with industry developments and new product offerings. Understand company's goal and vision and enhance performance.

What we are looking for



Impeccable communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels in a tactful and diplomatic way. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing. Consultative selling experience - the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients, listening to their needs and tailoring the service to them. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business. Excellent business acumen. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task. Demonstrable sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities Proactive problem-solving skills.
Requirements

3+ years of experience as business development manager. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills - builds strong and lasting relationships with key partners and colleagues. Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong sales & networking skills and commercial savvy Highly disciplined and organised Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
