The role: As the Business Development Manager you will...
Own the full 360 sales cycle, from identifying a qualifying a robust pipeline with the support of an SDR to closing large enterprise deals within the construction and critical infrastructure space
Manage and grow existing accounts, nurturing strong business relationships with a consultative approach
Define and implement a strategic sales playbook to engage new clients and be instrumental in driving revenue growth within the UK market and global initiative
About you:
3+ years full 360 closing experience within a fast-paced, SaaS start-up environment
Proven track record of smashing targets and selling to large enterprise clients from lead generation to close
Must have experience selling into the Insurance space
The package:
Up to 85,000 base + uncapped commission OTE (125,000)
HYBRID - 2-3 days p/w in Central London
