Covering up to 75 miles from Bristol
42,000 basic year one | 60,000 OTE year two

Our client is a specialist within the insurance sector, providing expert loss adjusting services to both domestic and commercial customers. They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team and drive growth across the South West.
The Role
Covering a patch within 75 miles of Bristol, building and developing relationships with home owners and business owners that have fell victim to serious damages.
Selling a highly specialist service with empathy and professionalism, supporting people through challenging circumstances.
Working in a reactive sales role where flexibility is key - some days you may be home by 3pm, others by 7pm.
Representing a trusted, established brand within insurance and loss adjusting.
About You
Proven background in business development, sales, or account management.
Able to adapt quickly, react to new opportunities, and build trust with both domestic and commercial clients.
Highly empathetic, professional, and resilient.
Based within commutable distance to Bristol, with the ability to travel extensively across the patch.
