Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a rapid-growth digital marketing agency is now available! Digitex Technologies is currently looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive high-quality lead generation in support of our sales goals. As a key player in our sales and marketing team, you will work closely to refine lead generation that fuel our sales pipeline and drive business growth. This will feature (but not limited to) - cold calling, email marketing, email automation, email prospecting and more.

You will

need

to have familiarity with the following technologies (required for this role): Instantly.ai OR Lemlist OR another email automation tool, SalesForce OR Pipedrive OR Hubspot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities. This can be through cold calling, email marketing, social media networking and other methods. Generate a strong pipeline of

qualified

leads, ready for Sales Managers to close deals with clients (minimum 20-30 qualified leads monthly). Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, using data-driven insights to refine and improve outreach over time. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation efforts, regularly reporting on progress and performance.

Requirements



At least 3+ years of experience in lead generation or business development roles with a proven track record of driving successful lead generation projects. Preferably in a digital marketing and/or software environment. A driven, hungry personality. You will be a hunter who loves to chase and win new prospects. Experience working with an email automation software such as Instantly.ai, Lemlist or other. Along with experience using a sales CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive etc) and experience using Apollo.ai to generate contacts. Native-level fluency in English with excellent written communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. Comfortable working as part of a distributed team, using chat (Teams), video calls, and Outlook.

Commission paid monthly (2.5% of any lead provided by the Lead Generation Manager that ends in a closed sale. Average deal size 10,000. Uncapped). Your Birthday off, every year.
