Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent lead generation Utilize CRM software to track progress and report on key metrics Negotiate and close deals with clients Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Experience



Proven work experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management Experience in project management and strategic planning Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Knowledge of software industry trends and market dynamics
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 4,200.00-6,500.00 per month
