We are expanding in the UK market and seeking a driven

Business Development Manager

to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across multiple verticals.

Role Overview



As our BDM, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of high-value corporate, event, and luxury gifting opportunities. You'll work closely with our marketing, operations, and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. This is a hunter role with significant autonomy and high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities



1. Pipeline Development & Prospecting



Identify, target, and engage decision-makers in corporate, sports, wedding, retail, and health verticals. Build relationships through outbound outreach, networking, and industry events. Maintain accurate records of all activities in HubSpot CRM.

2. Sales Execution



Conduct needs analysis to uncover client goals, timelines, and budget. Present leparfum.ai's solutions in a compelling, ROI-focused manner. Create proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. Ensure a smooth handoff to operations for fulfillment.

3. Account Growth



Expand revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Foster long-term relationships to increase client retention.

4. Collaboration & Reporting



Work with marketing to develop tailored campaigns for target industries. Provide feedback to the product and operations teams for continuous improvement. Report on sales activity, pipeline health, and forecasting.

Qualifications



Must-Have:



3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals. Experience selling to corporate event planners, marketing directors, or luxury brands. Strong pipeline management skills using CRM (HubSpot preferred). Comfort with full-cycle sales -- prospecting to close. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice-to-Have:



Experience in the event, hospitality, luxury goods, or gifting industries. Familiarity with AI-powered or tech-driven solutions. Existing network within relevant verticals.

Pay: 26,077.91-72,454.77 per year
