Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our UK real estate team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities in the Dubai/UAE real estate market, building long-term strategic partnerships with multiple sales channels and directly with investors/clients, and securing real estate investors at the correct level to realise a return on investment for all stakeholders.
Duties:
- Developing and executing sales plans to increase investment into the company's Dubai/UAE property portfolio from the UK.
- Presenting the company's products and services to potential investors/clients, and identifying and qualifying potential ones in the international real estate market.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at potential investors/clients.
- Host, promote and generate attendees for property market seminars, roadshows and events.
- Secure, track, and report on business deals and sales performance.
- Build and work client database for UK Office Brokerage division.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Leverage existing network and develop strategic relationships with new channel partners for business referrals.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and focus on investor/client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Total years of experience: At least 5 years' working experience.
- Strong network of existing contacts and potential investors in the Dubai/UAE real estate market is a MUST.
- Professional skills: Planning and implementing sales strategies, investor/client relationship management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, dedicated to providing great customer service, excellent presentation and communication skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, business or commerce degree preferred.
- Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Telegram.
- Great to have: Multi-functional real estate projects sales experience in Asia.
