Join Comarch as a Business Development Manager and help us expand our Loyalty solutions in the UK market. In this role, you will build strong relationships with executive-level decision makers, drive new business opportunities, and represent Comarch at key industry events. We're looking for a motivated professional with a proven track record in software sales, ideally within MarTech and Loyalty. Candidate profile
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical Studies
Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in MarTech and Loyalty solutions
Strong network of executive-level contacts in the UK market
Excellent command of English (Polish is an asset)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Your responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients to arrange meetings, product demos, and workshops
Lead the preparation of tailored business proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs
Manage and develop client accounts in the UK, ensuring high customer satisfaction and acting as the voice of the customer within internal teams
Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive-level decision makers
Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote Comarch's expertise and brand visibility in the UK
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences
Collaborate with global Comarch teams (marketing, product, delivery) to support business development strategy
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
