We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback for management review.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's services.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
