We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM software to manage client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
