As we continue to expand our brand presence across the UK and internationally, we are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives.
Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the commercial success of Theanh Do by identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and implementing sales and marketing initiatives that increase revenue and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company's market reach and customer base.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, customer trends, and emerging market demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to plan and implement online sales campaigns.
Analyse sales performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.
Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Oversee pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities to enhance competitiveness.
Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build brand recognition.
Ensure compliance with UK consumer protection regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the retail or e-commerce sector.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing growth strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 55,200.00-58,000.00 per year
