Develop and manage client relationships within the UK and European marine service industry.
Identify market opportunities and support sales strategies to expand the company's service network.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks in the marine services sector.
Oversee customer accounts and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of marine services.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipyards, and logistics partners across Asian and European ports.
Communicate effectively with the overseas parent company in China to align strategies, share market intelligence, and support project execution.
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and recommendations for senior management.
Support urgent client projects with rapid response and resource coordination.
Provide guidance and training to junior staff to strengthen sales and account management capacity.
Skill, experience and qualification required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the marine, offshore, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of the UK and European marine and offshore markets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, to coordinate daily with the overseas parent company in China and suppliers across Asia.
In-depth understanding of cross-border business practices and Chinese business culture, essential for managing international operations.
