We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our offerings.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals Track and report on sales metrics using Salesforce and other CRM tools Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a similar industry Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
