Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious
Business Development Manager
to lead new client acquisition efforts for our Managed IT and Cybersecurity services. Based in Manchester with flexible hybrid working, this is a hands-on role suited to a confident sales professional who can manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation through to deal closure--primarily targeting SMEs.
You'll be joining a fast-paced, growing company where your contribution will have real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including qualification, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiation.
Present tailored technical solutions that address the needs of potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Keep CRM tracking systems up to date with lead and pipeline activity.
Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
