Role Overview



As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals across our technology services - with a focus on AI solutions, managed IT services, and cybersecurity. This is a hybrid role combining telesales, outbound prospecting, and high-level relationship building.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities via cold calls, emails, and social outreach. Manage and support the full sales cycle from initial contact to close. Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to client needs. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting. Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and events. Stay up to date with technology trends, especially in AI and cybersecurity. Attend industry events and represent 3Gi Technology as a trusted advisor.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B business development (preferably in tech or cybersecurity). Strong understanding of IT services, AI applications, or cyber risk management is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Comfortable working in a target-based, high-energy environment. Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Ability to simplify complex technology into business value for clients.

Pay: 18,000.00-24,000.00 per year
