We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and experience in utilising CRM software to manage leads and client data effectively. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving organisational objectives.

Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyse customer data for informed decision-making. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet organisational targets. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and forecasts for senior management.

Skills



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector. Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strategic thinking with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. Knowledge of industry-specific trends, regulations, and best practices is advantageous. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-41,000.00 per year
