Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

This role will focus on both acquiring new leads and nurturing current ones, with a particular emphasis on securing corporate clients and expanding our network.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing a business, possess creative problem-solving skills, and be comfortable in a sales environment.

You will spend half of the week focused on lead generation and corporate client acquisition, while the other half will be dedicated to selling our photobooth services.

The position includes attending events, networking, and representing the company on the road, particularly in the East Midlands region.

You will require a full UK driving licence and car.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Business Development:

Develop new lead databases, using Google and other online platforms, to generate qualified leads for the business. Create innovative strategies and ideas to generate new business opportunities, focusing on both corporate clients and sales. Follow up with current leads to ensure high conversion rates.

Sales & Client Acquisition:

Dedicate half of the week to actively sell photobooth services to both corporate and individual clients. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Meet monthly KPIs for sales and lead generation.

Event Attendance & Networking:

Attend relevant events for hire in the first month to understand the product offering and the customer experience. Represent the company at networking events and trade shows, including occasional evening events in the East Midlands. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.

Reporting & Strategy:

Report regularly on lead generation efforts, sales progress, and market insights. Develop and implement strategies to increase client base and sales conversion rates. Provide monthly reports on KPIs and sales performance.

Requirements:



Proven experience in business development and sales, with a clear record of growing a business. Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, including using Google and other platforms. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box for business development. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable with on-the-road events, attending networking functions and working evening events when required. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in sales for a service-based business (preferably in the event, hospitality, or entertainment sectors) is a plus. Flexible, goal-oriented, and willing to work towards achieving specific monthly KPIs.

Additional Information:



This is a

Temp to Permanent

position, with an opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. Monthly KPIs will be set for both sales targets and lead generation results. Travel will be required within the East Midlands region.
