The business development manager will be responsible for directing the company's sales efforts and for creating and maintaining customer relationships to increase business from current and potential customers, net revenue generation, and market share, consistent with marketing plan initiatives. Position includes managing and maintaining one's own portfolio of clients, as well as leading a group of other business development personnel to exceed their goals.
