Are you a tenacious sales professional who thrives on cold outreach, territory strategy and building high-value pipelines? Join us as a Business Development Manager, owning the full sales cycle--from the very first cold call to a signed contract in the residential/construction markets.

Do you have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for building relationships and unlocking new business? Join us as a BDM to win medium-to-large project contracts across the UK. You'll own the sales cycle from cold outreach to signed deal, collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure success.

You will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with Housing Associations, Residential Developers and Design Consultants. Energetic and highly self-motivated, you will possess the proven ability to win complex, high-value, projects through consultative selling.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute account plans for key residential developments, and new markets. End-to-end pipeline generation: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns Territory and account strategy: research, segmentation and mapping key decision-makers Lead qualification and nurturing: driven discovery calls and data-backed follow-ups Lead Teams demos and in-person meetings Prepare detailed proposals, commercial terms and negotiate contracts Work closely with delivery, technical and finance teams for seamless handover
Who You Are

3+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or retrofit services History of closing six-figure deals and managing complex pipelines Expert cold-calling skills: resilience, active listening and rapid objection handling Exceptional phone-selling and remote-presentation skills Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise CRM power-user with a focus on pipeline hygiene
