We are seeking an ambitious and proactive business development manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our growing network of printed and digital products across our hospitality network. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for business development, negotiation and relationship building within the advertising, media and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure prime locations within the hospitality industry for the placement of our digital media products.
Develop strong relationships with hotels, marketing managers and management companies to negotiate media agreements.
Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, including lead generation, site evaluation, contract negotiation.
Collaborate with the operations and production teams to ensure successful deployment and alignment with strategic goals.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and client interactions.
Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in B2B sales, procurement, or media buying, preferably within hospitality or related industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent understanding of procurement processes within large organisations.
Familiarity with the media and advertising industry is an advantage.
